Siobhon brings a foundation of general medical nursing, with experience across stroke, rehabilitation, and primary healthcare within the NZ prison system. Since qualifying in 2022, she has developed a grounded, real-world understanding of patient care - shaping a clinically informed and structured approach to every NEIA client journey.

Originally from Te Tai Tokerau, her approach is deeply rooted in connection, integrity, and a commitment to supporting others through meaningful journeys.

Charmaine brings a background in surgical nursing, with hands-on experience across a wide range of procedures including bariatric, plastic, orthopaedic, gynaecological, and emergency surgery. Since qualifying in 2022, she has developed a strong understanding of surgical al processes and patient care - bringing a practical, detail-focused approach to every NEIA client journey.

Also from Te Tai Tokerau, she brings a grounded and people-first perspective to her work, ensuring every client journey is approached with care, precision, and intention.

Our story

NEIA was built to bring a higher standard to the medical tourism space in New Zealand and Australia. We saw an industry growing quickly, but without the level of clinical understanding and responsibility that decisions around health truely require. Too often, people were being guided through complex medical journeys without clear, informed insight - leaving room for confusion, risk, and uncertainty.

As registered nurses, we knew there needed to be a better, and safer way. NEIA was created to offer a more informed, structured approach - one grounded in real understanding of procedures, recovery, and how healthcare systems operate. Today, we provide clinically informed non-clinical guidance that prioritises safety, clarity, and trust - supporting our clients from their first enquire through to their return home with confidence at every step.
